We do our best to describe products and show them accurately. Colors can vary between screens, and product photography is representative rather than exact. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by one.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing error, or stock that is no longer available from our supply partner. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery times and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodsmith Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, and layout, belongs to Goodsmith Co. or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
