Track Your Order
Every order gets a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Here is how to use it.
1. Find your tracking number
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It is a separate email from your order confirmation, and it usually arrives 1 to 3 business days after you order. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.
2. Track it
Paste your tracking number into 17track.net, which reads tracking from every carrier we use in one place.
If tracking shows nothing yet
A new tracking number can take 3 to 5 business days to register its first scan. This is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped.
If tracking has not updated in a while
Scans often go quiet while a package moves between carriers or clears customs. That gap can last several days without anything being wrong. If there has been no movement for 15 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, you get a replacement or a full refund.
